Details of Accident: The accident occurred during fuel transfer. The blast walls held. Now the blast door is closed and the damage contained, but we lost some crew in there. Power has been knocked out to multiple cargo systems. Can't get the resources I need to go in there; everyone is tied up. I don't know why I'm filling this out, except I don't know what else to do at this point. Talos is falling apart...
