Beth was assigned to the Trauma Center. During the outbreak, she was wounded by the Typhon but managed to lock herself in a storage room to hide.

Morgan Yu can find Ino's corpse inside the Secured Pharmaceuticals storage room in the Trauma Center, having bled out from her wounds. The keycard to Secured Pharma can be found on the Phantom of Regina Sellers in the Crew Quarters.
