Kelvin Tyler worked as one of the miners in MoonWorks, helping to extract the helium-3, hydrogen, and platinum from deep within the moon. Brian Chung sent him to investigate the "moonquakes" and tremors that the facility was facing. At some point during his investigation, he called Brian but was attacked by a Moon Shark, shouting that the "rocks came alive beneath his feet." Brian lost contact with him shortly after.

Kelvin's corpse is not present in the simulation. However, his tracking bracelet can be found in a trash can in Brian Chung's office in MoonWorks.
