Peter finds Peppers' corpse on top of a rock outcrop in the Ventilation area of the Crater that can only be reached using the Artax Propulsion System, the Burrow ability, or a precise jump. He appears to have bled out from his wounds. He carries Silenced Pistol Ammo and random junk.
