Oscar Pendelton was assigned to the Crater. He was one of six officers who coordinated to apprehend KASMA spy Claire Whitten.

Peter, as Vijay Bhatia, finds Oscar's corpse in the MoonWorks Maintenance room (In the Central Mine of MoonWorks) during his story objective It Gets Worse. He was killed by Claire Whitten while trying to capture her owing to her status as a KASMA mole. Oscar Pendelton carries random loot.
