Peter Coleman was a semi-biotics researcher working on Talos I during Prey (2017).

Morgan Yu finds Coleman's corpse in the Hardware Labs Machine Shop, on top of a cargo lift that can be moved via a workstation. Coleman's disfigured face and proximity to multiple disguised Mimics suggests that he was killed by one of them. He carries Broken Cooler Fan, EMP Charge and one Neuromod.

Before his death, he sent a Science Operator with a sticky note on it to Penny Tennyson to help her take solar energy readings from around Talos I, to validate shielding efficiency.

Peter Coleman was to be the inventor of the Cazavor Disc Rifle, a sentient weapon cut from the final game, as well as a utility to inhibit its empathy.
- He was supposed to have had a mental health crisis that would lead to Dr. Kohl's recommendation to cease work on his bizarre project and have his memory of it erased via apto-regressive neurotomy.
