Phantom Shift is a Typhon ability gained through use of Neuromods in Prey (2017).

Phantom Shift allows Morgan to rapidly change position and leave a decoy behind that fools enemies. The ability is learned by researching Etheric Phantoms.

Neuromods required: 2
Scannable targets: Etheric Phantom
Tier I of Phantom Shift allows Morgan to change position up to 6 meters, and leaves a double behind that fools enemies for 4 seconds. It requires 2 neuromods.
Tier II[]
Neuromods required: 4
Scannable targets: Etheric Phantom
Tier II of Phantom Shift allows Morgan to change position up to 12 meters, and leaves a double behind that fools enemies for 8 seconds. It requires 4 neuromods.
Trivia[]
- If you scan your double with the Psychoscope, its stats will be:
- Strength: Devastatingly Handsome (if male) or Devastating Beauty (if female).
- Weakness: Toxic Family.
- Immunity: I Wish.
- Resistance: Good Advice.
- Phantom Shift Morgan's double cannot move itself and even attack but can absorbing any damage, which is completely different from Etheric Phantom's clone.
