Officer Tamiko Hayashi is a security officer working on Talos I during Prey (2017).
History[]
Background[]
At some point in time, Tamiko Hayashi was hired by TranStar, ending up on Talos I, working as a Security Officer in the Power Plant. She had a Habitation Pod in the now Breached area of Crew Quarters, with the number 02. In it she kept a Hepatocytic Amp S-m186 chipset, which prevents drunkeness, and Global Unity Games.
Prey (2017)[]
Following the outbreak at Talos I on 23/02/2035, Tamiko was one of the several security officers, joining Sarah Elazar and fortifying in Cargo Bay.
Morgan Yu finds Hayashi in Cargo Bay together with other survivors. Along with Alfred Rose, Sam Hertz, Darcy Maddox, Austin Cool, Kevin Hague, and Chief Elazar, Hayashi assists in the mission Cargo Bay Defenses.
There is a chance for Hayashi to die during the defense of Cargo Bay and later on in the Life Support.

- If Tamiko dies during the Cargo Bay Defense, other securiy members will comment on her.
- Alfred say that he wishes he'd knew her more, noting that she was always quiet.
- Sam will say that she died following orders and that is something she wanted. He will also comment that she didn't derserve this, of all them.
- Darcy will say that she should have been there for her and that she'll make sure her family knowns of her bravery.
- If other security members die, Tamiko will in turn comment on them.
